I am fat n chubby:(
My height is 4'10" n weight 50 KGs m a house wife. I look so fat nd chubby:( therefore I have started dieting.. But I don't know much about dieting for weight loss, usually what I do is as follows:- Drinks a glass of methi soaked water when I wake up at about 9-10 am:( In Breakfast, Have oats A glass of skimmed milk with nutrislim+ powder Nutrislim capsule In lunch, One bowl rice with dal n vegetables 3-4 soaked almonds WD skin or soaked chana n sprouts wen I feel like munching after lunch In evening A bowl of salads(apple,nashpati,tomato,cucumber, sprouts,lemon) In dinner One roti with vegetables After dinner again a glass of skimmed milk with nutrislim+ powder then a nutrislim capsule I do 30 minutes of exercise daily n some jogging(I don't do any physical work other then this in a whole day:( ) This is how I do my dieting but m afraid if m doing it wrong.. I just searched the internet:-P I just want to know will I be able to loose weight thus way?? Please suggest...
