I m 17 years old.. from chennai wanna reduce my weight.. i weigh nearly 50 kgs.. n my height is just 5ft more weight in my abdomen.. n wanna increase my height too..

Hello there. Have a high protein and a high fiber diet. Drink lots of water. Have smaller frequent meals rather than huge meals. Don't have anything atleast 4 hours before bed. Have green tea twice a day. Do walking for atleast 20 mins a day. Consult a dietician and hit the gym. There is still scope for height growth, if your genetic makeup allows, you will grow nothing can stop you. Regards
