Initially there is a hard stool and then there is a blood after passing the stool . It was very rare but this time it happens after two months. After my second baby its frequency increases. Now there is a pain in stomach. I am non vegetarian and a tea lover which promotes it.

First of all you need to soften your stool by drinking a lot of water and a stool softener like Lactulose syrup 2 table spoon at bedtime.
Next you need to undergo a physical examination for. Diagnosis. It can be piles or anal fissure. Avoid red meat and eat more vegetables.
This is most likely due to constipation causing a small anal fissure (tear) or sometimes piles, especially after childbirth (very common).
Why blood?
Hard stool → small tear → bright-red blood on stool or tissue.
What to do:
Drink more water (2.5–3 L/day).
Stop hard stools: take Isabgol 1–2 tsp at night with warm water OR Duphalac 15 ml at night for a few days.
Use ointment: Diltiazem 2% or Lidocaine gel externally twice daily for pain.
Sitz bath: warm water tub sit for 10–15 min twice daily.
Reduce too much tea, increase vegetables, fruits, and fiber.

piles, fissure??
Cremafin pink ten ml means two tsf at night. Change life style n diet plan drastically first. Add plenty of liquid n water. Salad, fiber rich food fiber like oats sprouts salad.
Locally apply anovate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks for complete healing. Oz two times a day after food for five days.
The symptoms you described — hard stool at the beginning, followed by fresh blood on the stool, especially after childbirth — are most commonly due to a small anal fissure. This is a tiny tear in the anal lining caused by constipation and straining. It is very common and not dangerous, but it tends to come back if the stool remains hard.
Tea (especially multiple cups) and a non-vegetarian, low-fiber diet can make the stool dry and hard, which increases the chance of bleeding again.
The stomach discomfort is usually from straining and irregular bowel movement. All of this can be treated safely.
Treatment Plan
1. Stool Softener (very important)
Use one of the following at night for 5–7 days:
Lactulose 15–20 ml
or
Cremaffin Plus 1–2 teaspoons
or
Isabgol (psyllium husk) 2 teaspoons in warm water
This prevents hard stool and allows the tear to heal.
2. Ointment for healing
Apply Anovate / Smuth / Diltigesic / Lidocaine gel:
Twice daily, and
Once before passing stool
This reduces pain, burning, and helps healing.
3. Warm Sitz Bath
Sit in warm water with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes:
Once or twice a day
Especially after passing stool
This gives excellent relief and speeds up healing.
4. Diet & Lifestyle
For the next 10–14 days:
Drink 2.5–3 liters water daily
Eat more fruits (papaya, banana, apple, pears)
Add vegetables, dal, soups, curd/buttermilk
Reduce tea to 1 cup/day
Avoid spicy/oily food, red meat frequently, and maida
Avoid straining or sitting too long on the toilet
Next Steps
Expected Improvement
• Bleeding usually stops in 1–3 days
• Pain improves in 3–5 days
• The fissure heals in 7–14 days
Health Tips
When to Seek a Doctor
• If bleeding continues beyond 1 week
• If the pain becomes severe
• If swelling or a lump develops
• If constipation continues despite treatment
But in most cases, this settles completely with the steps above.
Hello,
Passing hard stool followed by fresh red blood is one of the most common signs of anal fissure or hemorrhoids, especially when it begins after pregnancy or constipation.
Your description fits this pattern:
Hard stool → tear or irritation
Fresh bleeding after passing stool
Increased frequency
Discomfort in the stomach or lower abdomen
Even if it feels mild now, ignoring it usually leads to repeated tearing, swelling, and long-term pain during stools.
What needs to be assessed properly is:
How long this has been happening
Whether the bleeding is bright red or mixed inside stool
Any weight loss, fatigue, or mucus discharge
Your current diet (tea, low-fiber foods, long gaps between meals)
Pattern of constipation and straining
Post-pregnancy pelvic floor condition
Without understanding these details, giving random treatment may make it worse instead of solving it.
What you should do now
You need a proper evaluation of your symptoms, diet pattern, stool consistency, and triggers.
Once I check all this, I can guide you with the exact steps to stop the bleeding, heal the fissure (if present), and prevent recurrence safely and quickly.
