In right side teeth upper and lower full pin.when i take any thimg it may hot or cold then terrific pain start from five days.

hello,
you need to visit a dentist get it checked. Get an x-ray done, if there is a cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of tooth get it treated and place a crown over it.

Pain is due to infection in the upper or lower teeth (or both). Visit a dentist as soon as possible. X-ray of that tooth will confirm the infection.
