Hypothyroid
Is 3yrs hypothyroid curable?  it started due to throat infection...3yrs back I got throat infection and swollen tonsils...I was diagnosed hypothyroid my TSH was 10...since then I'm on medication...my TSH again got 9.395 because of throat infection Now I want to know...in any way is it curable. ? Or i have to be on medication lifetime...it will descrease lifespan..

Hi Yes it can be cure by ayurveda. First you should have trust on ayurveda. And you have to do it daily.. You need more patience. First you have to do these yoga:- these are very important for you:- Kapalbhati and anulom vilom Sinhasan Sarvang asan  Halasan Brhamri and ujjai  asan Suray  namsakar. Do these yoga according to your capacity. :- second sock one teaspoon of dhania  seed in one glass of water for whole night and drink this water in morning empty stomach :-(take one tablet  of thryrogrit( available at patanjli medical store)  and reduce your allopathy medicine slowly. Do this for one month. Then repeat your test .when your report is normal then stop allopathy medicine and continue your ayurvedic medicine for thyroid . If you want best result thendo this daily. Please share your reports here
