Infertility with low testosterone or low sperm count needs a proper hormonal and semen evaluation, not self-medication. I would assess morning testosterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, thyroid profile and semen analysis, along with an examination. Treatment depends on whether the problem is testicular or pituitary; fertility-preserving options are available. Please arrange these tests and consult an endocrinologist/andrologist with the reports. You may book a Practo consultation with me for a structured review.

Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is a genuinely treatable cause of low sperm count, since hormone therapy can often help the testes start producing sperm again.
Next Steps
Please see a fertility specialist or reproductive endocrinologist, who can start the right hormone work-up for you.
