Cause of hypogonadism unknown.
I have been feeling sick for a few months. Have a lump in my right breast behind nipple with a discharge. Blood tests revealed low testosterone level. Mammogram and sonar revealed gynecomasita. GP said it was my age. I am 44. Urologist ordered more blood test (LH 3.0, FSH 8.7, Prolactin 9.3, VitaminD 30 and Testosterone 12). Examination showed both testes were smaller than normal. Symptoms include loss of muscle strength, tiredness, lower belly ache, sore testes, low libido, weak erection.
