TSH too high. Tab thyroxin 150mcg one before BREAKFAST FOR TWO MONTHS. Calcijoint XT one at night for two months. Why calcium? Thyroxin depleting calcium so bone becomes weak to prevent this . Follow up by md physician, not to stop meditation.
