My age is 18 years and blood pressure is 140/100. I am currently taking torsemide 10 mg.
Now my question is,what should I do to make my blood pressure normal ?

I hope this medicine has been prescribed to you by some doctor. How long have you been taking this medicine?
If it is only one or two days it is all right. Otherwise you tell your doctor that the medicine is not producing any results.
It is better to consult a General Physician in your area or a General Physician on Practo. You will have to do many tests.
