Hypertension
I recently started Telma 20 for bp. Also I have been already taking Dilzem CD 120 capsule twice a day from 4 years. Telma started one week back and now I get random muscle pains on my legs. It is not constant but muscle pain suddenly comes and goes on thighs and lower leg as well. Can it be a side effect of telma? Should I just leave it or do I need to consult a doctor? I am a lupus patient but my disease is now not that active considering my lab reports. So I am confused about what this muscle pain is.
