i really not satisfied with myself
i having very severe mood swings
and sleeping problems...
i feel depressed all the time... i cry and hurt myself whenever i feel so hyper...
i need to be strong n calm but instead m very emotional and weaker day by day. i have hyperthyroid which is <150

May be you are in depressive phase due to any emotional disturbance. You need a therapy.. so consult any Clinical psychologist, discuss ur problem in detail and take therapy regularly for some time.
