Hyper mobility/ligamentum laxity
Hello Sir/medam, I have some issues with joints & blood. 4 years ago I suffered a shoulder dislocation following by another shoulder dislocation. I consulted a local Arthopedician and he informed me that I have Hyper mobility issue with joints due to ligaments. 1 year later I suffered a disc bulge problem which I reduced to a great extent. I have been working in an mnc total night shifts which caused other issues like anemia. I now joined a Gym, started working out to get fit. I am fond of medication for fitness. Is it ok for me to take Iron/Folic acid tablets & calcium tablets? Or let me know best medication that supports my health making better from above issues. Thank you

More information required about u. At first target should be weight loss. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Due to anemia include green leafy vegetables in ur diet like spinach, fenugreek leaves, and for better absorption of iron take citrus fruits. Don't require any medication use natural food.
