Hi Plz take your son to a psychiatrsit to rule out ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder) and other learning disabilities like dyslexia, because this is the age where you can expect these conditions & most of the times they do coexist, so plz take him to psychiatrsit, he may need special education or you can talk to the school teacher whether they have any special education teacher so that she/he may guide you.its always good if you consult a psychiatrsit & paeditrician. All the best. Thank you.

Probably, he might be having Learning difficulties, like dyslexia,, ADHD.. Do consult a special Educator in your city or closer to your city for an assessment and remedial classes.

I am glad that you have brought up the issue here in the forum. There is a chance that due to his super activity that he is using reverse letters (a sign of learning difficulty) a proper evaluation in this regard is very useful. By 7 years it's normal that the child is very active also this taking him to a registered clinical psychologist will help you to understand him and they will give proper treatment plan if required
Next Steps
meeting a clinical psychologist
Health Tips
Could avoid sweet items esp sugar if he prefers it more could ask the teacher to make your son to seated in front without much distractions
