Uneasiness, hyper active- ness
I have my 12th boards in a day and I just recently lost a family member to old age. I'm trying to study really hard but suddenly I'm becoming a little hyper. I can't seem to sit in one place, I break down now and then. Is it normal? How can I distract myself to study harder? Please help

Well firstly I would like to offer my condolences. Grief has a natural course and sometimes it affects our working capabilities deeply. Its best to reach out for help in such cases. Losing a family member is difficult situation to be in especially when you also have boards. Well you may try some tips. If you’re breaking down often and finding it difficult to cope best would be to consult a psychiatrist (online or in person).. All the best!
Health Tips
1) have a fixed timetable to study 2) take short regular breaks while studying 3) try yoga or deep breathing exercises for atleast 30mins in a day

Hi, First of all sorry for Ur loss It is usual for anyone to feel low when we lose our loved ones. That is the normal response(grief response),which will gradually subside in a month. As u mentioned that Ur exams approaching, you need to get out of that Lil soon. Put a timetable and keep a target syllabus for day and study. Take a break for sometime whenever u feel difficulty in concentrating n do activities which u usually like and then get back to Ur studies in 15-30min.Sleep adequately. You can definitely come out of that and study well. All the best
