Is heart uneasiness common in anxiety?
I am under treatment i have done so many ecgs,echo holter but still there is uneasiness in my heart area.i had chest uneasiness earlier which now radiated towards heart.can u guys please answer?

It is quite common with intense anxiety. They might be plain palpitations or chest pain or breathlessness or just some uneasiness in your heart. If you have done many investigations and found nothing, it's nothing to worry about. An effective way of dealing with it is by rationalising that fear by telling yourself repeatedly when it happens that 'it's not your heart, it's your mind playing tricks. It will last for a few minutes or hours and then fade off. Nothing has happened to you so far so nothing will happen in future too.'
