Chest uneasiness from last 2 months

I am under treatment from last 4 months but from past 20 days i am feeling heart uneasiness?the medicines i am taking currently are penezep ls? Please help me out if heart uneasiness is normal in anxiety?chest uneasiness for few minutes but heart uneasiness for longer intervals
