Severe Insomnia from past 2 months
My grandmother,a known case of hypertension is Insomniac from last 2 months.
2 months back someone in my family very old passed away after which she has a little fear of that. But she never accept that she have some stress or any fear. The only problem which triggers her is her sleep. Every now and then she complains only about her sleep.
She says that she can't even sleep for 10 mins.
My grandparents live alone in a very big house which also makes her sad sometimes. She's a very bold person.
