Uneasyness from few days
I feel uneasy on small things or i should put it this way, I fear of small things, things which are not even happening or has happened. I am not able to focus on anything. At times if i am watching tv then at the same time i am surfing on net and then picking up my book to read. And i end up with doing nothing. Fear is always there and it never leaves me. I try to keep myself calm but its temporary. After sometime i am on the same track. I fear of not being able to say what i wanted to say, fear of not being called up thinking that a person might be angry from me, fear of insecurity.

From what you have mentioned, it seems that you might be suffering from one of the anxiety disorders which is leading to your constantly worrying. However more detailed evaluation is required for a definitive diagnosis. You should seek a psychiatric consultation and get yourself evaluated. With adequate treatment you will start feeling better.
