I keep crying on small things
In last two years I have been crying over small issues which doesn't even matter. I talk to myself everyday. I'm always angry I get irritated while I'm around people. Something is wrong with me I was not always like this. Please help me.

With whatever little you wrote, you seem to have challenges handling your emotions, therefore you are dealing with situations emotionally.  Talk to matured people and/or parents if you feel comfortable. You might feel better.  However if you feel that they would snub you probably consulting  a Counsellor will help. Not worth living with such problems. Resolve and move on in life.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

Hi, the way ur expressing and telling u have symptoms of depression all wat ur feeling are symptoms of depression ur crying spells ur irritation and loss of interest all these comes under the sign and symptoms of depression. So i will recommend you to visit any psychiatrist personally asap else it can worsen more its already been two years as u have mentioned
