I have been crying in my sleep for the past 2 weeks. I wake up suddenly in the middle of the night and find my cheeks wet with tears... I wake up many times in the middle of the night. Is it normal to always cry like this in dreams?

No, I think there is a lot of suppressed and depressed thoughts and feelings that turned up into the emotion and you cry. So let’s address this I’m sure it will make you feel very light. All the best.
Hi. I appreciate you talking about your concern.
Experiencing crying episodes during sleep can be indicative of underlying emotional distress or unresolved issues in your subconscious mind.
Consistent crying during sleep suggests that your subconscious is grappling with intense emotions that need attention. It's essential to consider what might be triggering these emotions in your life, whether it's stress, anxiety, or any other issues.
Seek support from a professional Psychologist or a Hypnotherapist could be beneficial in exploring these emotions which will help you with a better treatment plan.
