I hve done my hsg today with anesthesia...and report is loculated spill over of contrast seen on right side what does it mean?...left is blocked that I know...because of ectopic

Most of the time it is because of adhesions near the uterus. However for further clarification and treatment you should have diagnostic laparoscopy.

Detailed history about medication and prior treat is nessesary for giving proper advice. Loculated spill can be due to presence of some infection. Any past history of TB is also to be noted.
