Not as such. But it tubes has some blockage it might be a possibility that after hsg the blockage gets removed and chances of pregnancy relatively increase

No.. But in very rare situations, if there is a small mucosal block in the tubes, because of the force of pushing the dye in HSG, the block gets displaced and tubes become patent. This may increase the chance of pregnancy if all other parameters are normal.
