Hello You can get teeth whitening treatment done. It can be done at home or in clinic. I would advise you to first visit a dentist get scaling and polishing done and then your dentist can recommend you which option is best for you.
Next Steps
Do not go for Home teeth whitening without getting scaling done as it will prove to be of no use.
Health Tips
Do not do any treatment without dental consultation

Good morning Thanks for the query Tooth color ranges from Yellowish white to Grayish white.. As per you your teeth are becoming yellow with time..the most common reason for that is accumulation of plaque and calculus around the tooth surface..which occurs because of improper brushing techniue.. At home remedy is improve your brushing habbit and at least brush twice a day.. Or you can visit your dentist go for scaling (Professional cleaning) of the teeth and ask for proper brushing technique Regards Dr. Aman Bhatia Chandigarh www.dentafix.in

Yellow teeth could be due to various reasons 1. Excess of flouride in our drinking water, normally it has to be 1000ppm, but if it exceeds this level then it discolors our teeth. It does not happen over night, but if we have been consuming such water since childhood then it is more likely to show up. 2. Plaque, a thin of tartar which deposits on our teeth immediately after brushing and later calcifies to form hard calculus due to the chemical reaction with food, saliva and oral bacteria. 3. Some habbits like, smoking tobacco chewing, alcoholism and excess of tea and coffee can cause yellow or brownish stains. 4. Some medicines like tetracycline can cause yellow stains
Next Steps
A thourough scaling (professional cleaning) by a dentist will help control calculus build in the mouth, if the stains are due to flourosis then a.ho.e bleaching with the help of your dentist can help
Health Tips
Avoid exceeds of cigarettes, alcohol, tea a d coffee, brush a d floss regularly, rinse immediately after eating or drinking anything, visit your dentist at least every 6 months
