Hello,
My right shoulder had a muscle tear around 11 years ago and then got dislocated around 9 years while playing badminton.
The same shoulder got dislocated again today after I fell from stairs.
How can I make my shoulder strong for long term so this problem doesn't happen again.

We will have to check in what range your shoulder stays stable and at which position it gets unstable.
Depending on this you will also need some investigations to finally come to a decision about what kind of exercises or management would be needed so that you do not dislocate again.
