This is my first and last time water fasting because I am going to continue with intermittent fasting/OMAD after completion. I am definite that I will not go back to the same unhealthy eating habits. This fast is for 2 weeks. However, I don't know anything about refeeding & how many days until I refeed and get back onto real food. Please tell me the duration of refeed and what I can consume during the refeeding period. Watermelon, apple?

Weight gain take some time even though you follow unhealthy diet same way weight loss will also take some time
