Triglycerides are type of fat(lipid) found in your blood. They are stored in fat cells. Triglycerides and cholesterol are separate type of lipids, that circulate in your blood. Triglycerides are unused calories and cholesterol is used to build certain hormones and cells. As they both cannot dissolve in blood, they circulate throughout  your body with the help of proteins that  transport protein called lipoprotein. LDL(low density lipoprotein)  is a bad cholesterol. It collects in the walls of blood vessels and cause blockage in your heart. By modifying your diet and losing weight you can reduce Triglycerides. Avoid fried foods and consume less butter. Watch the type of fat you consuming,  increase your fiber intake and exercise.
