How to reduce stomach size at home
I am 40 year old woman. My body as such is not so fat but I have a big stomach which almost makes me look pregnant. How should I reduce this stomach size at home as I do not have time to go to gym or any other work out class?

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Do tummy exercise and apply gel for massage and cream for tightening.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
