Yes there meds and counselling sessions available to get rid of your social anxiety. However it all depends upon the severity of your problem. It would be better that u discuss your problem in detail with a mental health professional and they shud be able to guide u better.

Social anxiey is very well controlled and can be treated successfully through Cognitive behaviour therapy. If your symptoms are significant and not allowing you for socialization. Then take a short course antidepressants (SSRI).
