Take balanced diet Do regular exercise as pcod needs diet and lifestyle management both .take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.

Hi , you need to reduce your carbohydrates ( roti, rice, bread, pasta) and fat (ghee, butter, cooking oil) intake. Restrict sweets & junk foods also. Have 2 -3 servings of fruits & vegetables daily. Include protein rich foods like milk, paneer, soybean, pulses, pulses (all dals), sprouts, if non-vegetarian then have eggs, chicken, lean meat (ocassionally).
