I'm trying to conceive . Every time it feels like roller coaster when period due is approaching. Whether I'm pregnant or not ? If egg fertilised ?
During a scan earlier my doc told my endometrium thickness is good , still not able to conceive !

No we cannot saying the scan if they guess fertilized or not
At age :32 if you have tried for 3 months you need investigations and then proceed with the ovalution induction if all other reports are normal rather than waiting for spontaneous conception
