Does Himalaya ashwagandha pills increase height...??? If yes, then how to take it...?? Please provide me proper direction to take it..!!! My height is 5'6 right now...!!!

I am not sure about pills but after 18 it's difficult to increase height. Do stretching exercises and have banana to increase weight
