How to gain weight of baby in pregnancy
Myself, aged 29 had proper weight at the start of pregnancy. At the end of the fifth month also the weight gain is not in a good range. Please suggest a good diet plan to follow and the foodstuffs to include in the diet to increase the weight of the baby during pregnancy.

Hello, Weight gain should be upto 10-12 kgs. You can include galactogogues, methi, dark green leafy vegetables, garden cress seeds, whole grains
