Start ur day with exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add more fluids. Take 3main meal and 2-3snacks per day.

First & foremost is to check whether you are suffering from any disease. Please get basic investigations CBC with ESR . If you have no disease, have 3 major & 2-3 small meals. Have high protein diet. Keep dinner as lightest meal. Breakfast like a prince, lunch like a king & dinner like a popper. Exercise every day for about 1 hr
