How to gain weight
I am girl of 18..my height is 181cm but i am only 50 kg weight. I am a marfan syndrome patient also having hypothyroidism(thyronorm 25).mine is a very mild case of marfan syndrome. Dr said me to do every day to day activity and didn't proscribed any treatment or medicine. But im very skinny.. A ate a lot to gain weight.. I consumed protein powder for 4months. Still a not bit changed...how can i gain weight.. What is the maximum can i do to gain weight? I am very insecured about my physical structure

Gud morning pls kindly have a high protein high carb with high fat and fiber containing balanced diet with some strength or muscle mass gaining exercises for minimum of 30-45mins as well as try to have adequate amounts of water not less than 2 ltrs in a day.
