Hi, you just need to gain 3-4 kgs only, start having some protein rich foods like eggs, soybean etc can also include healthy fats, do weight training to tone up your body. consult for further query.

Add in diet food items like red meat , chicken, fish , beans, whole milk, eggs, cheese , full- fat yogurt, nut butter and olives may help in gaining weight while maintaining your health. 1. Eat more frequently. 2. Choosing foods with lots of nutrients 3. Top it off 4. Try smoothie and shakes 5. But watch, what and when you drink 6. Follow exercise routine 7. Follow strength training routine
