How to Detan and avoid tanning
I started swimming around 3 pm, but getting tanned. Could you please suggest how can I Detan. Can I swim before 9 am and after 6 pm, will it avoid tanning.

You need to use water-resistant sunscreens while swimming. Still chlorine in swimming pool water can cause skin discolouration and this can be removed later on with pigment altering treatments.

Hello maam. Yes maam, if you could alter your timings, it would be perfect. You may take oral Vit C supplements for detan and apply physical sunscreen 30 minutes before your swimming session to prevent further tanning. Other good medications are also available, kindly do an online consultation for the same.
