How to remove permanent tan
I have dark patches like a permanent tan on either side of nose. Im 18 years old. I used to spent time under sun for long time. Im having that patch for about 3 years. I used many creams prescribed by doctors and done chemical peel once and i use sunscreen daily but nothing worked. Only thing worked is lomela cream which contain hydroquinone. But after i stop using it getting more darker. What should i do. Can you recommend any cream to remove dark patch permanently.

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
