Getting tanned !!
I am a Civil Engineer by profession. I am supposed to stand in the sun at the Work site for a long time. Considering this, I mostly use umbrellas and scarves. But this is not much in effect. I get tanned easily and I am so sad in this regard. Even after I wash my face with cold water, I can see the effect of sun on my face. Also due to this, I can see wrinkles gradually developing on my face. Even though I don't get much time to do all the saloon treatments, I go for a monthly clean up and also apply turmeric - milk face pack on my face on alternate days. I don't have much problem regarding pimples even though i have a kinda oily skin on my face(maybe due to the application of this face pack). So please suggest me some ways to regain my fairness.

I have answered many posts on tanning before so I will keep this short. Tanning protects you from skin cancer and sun burns. People who don't tan get burnt by sunlight and are more prone for skin cancer (Caucasians and fair skinned Asians). Tan removal procedures will make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. You will need to use sunscreens several times a day as your profession involves prolonged sun exposure. Please meet a dermatologist near you for creams for detanning and use a sunscreen regularly as suggested by your dermatologist. Warm regards. Dr. Rajdeep Mysore. Chirag Hospital Bangalore
