How should we take vitamin D3?
Hi I wanted to know do we need to take the tablet along with food or do we need to wait half an hour after meal? Shall i take using water or milk?

U can take with whatever u like milk or water.. doesnt matter.. can be taken after food .. however u like it..

Vitamin D3 should be taken once a week at any time. Along with that sit in the sun for 15-20 mins between 11am- 3pm thrice a week and can have mushroom which is a good of Vitamin D.
