no need to take any kind of pre workout
because it reduces the bone density and other side effects also if he is using the pre workout for long
he can eat bananas and peanut butter with apple

Only 15 year old and taking creatine supplements is realy not good.after taking such supplements he should drink more water.if possible stop it and start homemade food which are high protein and few creatine.for better understanding consult with sport nutritionist or dietician.
