Is creatine safe to use?
Hi I'm 21 years old male regularly working out. I thought of taking creatine monohydrate. But I'm worried about my kidney health. If creative can create any stress to the kidney or damage them. Seeking an professional opinion. Also should I do any test for kidney to check if everything is normal?

Well if you are interested in creatinine at the age of 21yrs let me be straight forward you that if you crave for a plastic & synthetic body all these are only going to screw up your internal organs at a later stage but if you rely on natural food sources the time taken to build muscles and it’s prolonged effect of maintenance will be way easier as foods aren’t even 100% bio absorbable forget about these supplements which are hardly 30-35%absorbed even
Next Steps
Instead focus on natural protein sources of foods along with loads of leafy greens & plant based proteins so you don’t have a plastic body but a normal human body
Health Tips
You can consult with me as I have useful these plastic & dead foods in the past but I soon realised the side effect & importance of natural foods over dead foods

Supplements taking blindly is not correct, once in  year you should check all basic blood test. For Kidney. Sr BUL, Sr. Creatinine, Urine albumin creatinine ratio. USG Abdomen and Pelvis If you are doing regular work out take good quality protein diet.. not creatinine monohydrate.
