(2) soft bristle tooth brush
(3) a tooth paste which contains fluoride
(4) visit a dentist every 6 months to know your oral hygiene.
(5) there are few areas in your mouth (teeth) where brushes don't reach, u need a dentist to clean it.
(6) after every meal u can brush and floss, don't use much force that might abrade your tooth
