I am a student of aged 21 yrs. My height is 5.8 and my weight is 90 kgs. I would like to loose my weight upto 20 kgs. So plz give a diet so which I can loose some weight. what should i do to remove my over weight.

there are two things to be mainly concentrated on loosing weight - first being diet control , you should have an healthy diet rich in proteins , minerals and vitamins along with fibreswith excess of water on time and in adequate amount, avoid oily food and junk food . Secondly regular exercise to burn preformed fat content.
