Hot food and drinks during pregnancy
I have heard from mom and grandmother to avoid hot foods during pregnancy.
Is it safe to have lukewarm water in pregnancy and to have ajwain water to alleviate bloating during pregnancy?
Also can i have hot soups and milk??
Hot here i mean lukewarm?
As there is winter in delhi ncr so drinking cold things is a bit not possible.
Kindly advise.
