What ever it may be . Its a Fracture.   Share xrays please Two methods- 1) conservative-  no surgery , patient will rest on bed for 3 months with weight tied on leg to keep it straight  . No turning inbed allowed , sleep straight, food - toilet - cleaning all in bed. Because of these - patient gets irritated, restless , BED SORES , pressure sore on legs , But fracture will fix properly or not no guarantee. May get fix and he might walk . 2nd option:- Surgery .  Depending on fracture pattern.  If rod used with screw or ball has changed patient can walk same day or next day.  If plate with screw used he walks next day without putting weight on operated leg. For further details please contact us .
