Yes u need to reduce ldl cholesterol.. U can start by taking dietary precautions like reduced oil n fried stuff intake.. Include a regular physical exercise like walk or jog.. Or work out at home.. Hello, This cholesterol is too high . You need medicines in addition to lifestyle modifications. Start rosuvas 20 mg at night everyday . Start regular exercise. Repeat lipid profile after 2 months. Need to know your details for further advice
