I have to lower my triglycerides level which is 277. My total cholesterol is 256. How to get my cholesterol below 200.

Take low fat diet. Avoid fried and fatty food's. Avoid processed foods. Walking daily two times. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc.
