High Triglycerides - how to reduce?
I'm 5'10" and weight 72kgs. But contrary to my weight and body structure I'm having Triglycerides levels around 450 and low HDL 24. What could be the reason and how to reduce these.

For decreasing bad cholesterol add olive oil in ur diet. Add Fresh fiber fruits and vegetables. Take oil in mix form. And change in oil every 3months . Do exercise daily for 30-45min Avoid junk and oily food , package food, salty food.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Getting down on TGL and high in HDL can happen on consuming good fats, cutting down on bad fats. Adding fibre to diet is also necessary. Exercise will play a major role.
