I'm 5'10" and weight 72kgs. But contrary to my weight and body structure I'm having Triglycerides levels around 450 and low HDL 24. What could be the reason and how to reduce these.

For decreasing bad cholesterol add olive oil in ur diet.
Add Fresh fiber fruits and vegetables.
Take oil in mix form. And change in oil every 3months .
Do exercise daily for 30-45min
Avoid junk and oily food , package food, salty food.
