High pus cells at 25 weeks of pregnancy
I am 25 weeks of pregnant.. I am having sometimes sharp pain above vagina after urinating.. Got urine r/M it contains pus cells 30-50 and Leucorytse esterase 2+..but in urine culture no bacteria found..

Take antibiotic course for urine infection as your doctor prescribes Also , take plenty of  fluids.

Hi U have urinary tract infection Better to start antibiotics Specially when u are pregnant, uti needs to be treated even if there are no symptoms
