My daughter age 5yr 10 month,she is suffering from fever since 2 days and not responding to crocin syp,no other complaint only mild runny nose.we r in trip for a week.what should I do? Please help

Any antipyretics are to be given in adequat dose to relieve the fever. Which is based on the weight of the child.
You have not mentioned the exact weight.
You should do cold sponging of whole body and forehead, in case fever is not relieved with medication.
A gap of 5 hours between the doses of paracetamol is recommended.
